How to know the status of the order(s)?

  • Registered users can check the order details on “My Orders” section.
  • Next page will show you the orders you have placed during the past 3 months.
  • Guest users can check the order on “Track Order”.
  • Enter your Purchase ID and the Email Address and click on “Track” button below.
  • You can review your order details on the very next page.

Why have I not received my product yet?

Usually, all the orders are shipped from our end as per the assured shipment date; however, there may be out of the blue circumstances, which may affect the shipment estimates. In this case, we’ll send an electronic message, intimating you about the issue and the revised delivery/shipment date.

What is the difference between delivery time and shipping time?

Shipping means the time taken to obtain the item(s), dispatching and packing. You will notice a shipping timeline on the products displayed on our website (E.g. Shipping within 2-3 days). This signifies the number of working days it will take to dispatch the product from our end.

The delivery can take few more days depending on the delivery address and the courier company used.

The delivery and shipping time excludes public holidays and Sundays falling during the estimated delivery and shipping dates.

How does iSquad Inc. pack items?

Don’t worry. All items are carefully packaged to avoid any kind of damage. We make sure the packaging is waterproof with plastic wrap; and fragile (i.e. electronic) items are safely secured with bubble wrap.

What if I find my package tampered or open upon delivery?

Please don’t accept any tampered or open package. Notify us of the same in this email address – support@isquadstore.us ASAP.

How do I take advantage of FREE shipping?

  • We provide free delivery on orders valued at $250 or more.
  • Mostly, a shipping charge of $.99 will apply if your product cart value is less than $250.
  • It’s applicable for the products (“sold by iSquad Inc.” and not for any other seller).
  • For some particular product or order, handling fees may still apply.
  • You will not receive FREE shipping on your order if any eligible items are canceled, bringing the total below $250.
  • We have the right to discontinue or change FREE Shipping at any time.
  • Delivery time can be affected if you change the address on an order which has already been shipped.
  • Items fulfilled by a third-party supplier may not be eligible for FREE shipping.
  • Cancelling items, changing your shipping address, combining orders, or preference might affect your order’s eligibility for Free Shipping.
